All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

The Twig Shop currently ships to:

  • Canada (delivery times may vary)

We may expand shipping locations in the future.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

The Twig Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

The Twig Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
